Firstly, do not post links, it is lame. Second, I don't see any reference to any atheists, since the guy was protesting to change the names to religious-based nomenclature, I in fact would say the statements imply that the self-burning nutcase was actually religious, but as I said before, there is no religious affiliation actually stated in the recounting of this person's tomfoolery.

No more or less so than you or me. Atheists are usually open-minded thinkers and skeptics, rather than just accepting whatever they're told as fact. Some, of course, are only in it for the rebellion, but that holds true for most areas of life as well. Try to understand the other person's viewpoint and where they are coming from, before automatically putting them down because they don't subscribe to your personal views. We're all different.

This a case of extremism. Atheist are people who do not yet know their Creator, given time and when the Holy Spirit calls them they to will become the children of God, the creator of us all. Science is often their refuge, however even in his science Einstein has found God. and other scientist as well, when their time come. That is one Atheist that became an extremist, and who are we to say that this is not his way to salvation.
