The paint will not come off with soap and water. She's tried everything! How the heck do you get it off?

Depends on how long its been on . Has youre friend tryed paint thinner on a rag . If that doesnt work you might have to scrape it off with a single edge razor blade it may take a while but it should come off . you might have to try a combination of both to get it off . Good Luck .

soak the window with water and wait a few minutes. then take a razor blade to it. it should come right off with little effort.

just use a razor blade...all you need...good luck !!!!
