Is Arcamax.com a reliable place to buy a download from?

I got an e-mail from them telling me I could litterally download an extra tv. on my laptop for$ 49.95, no other charges ever to get satellite service for over 300 stations all over the world.
Has anyone done this? And are you satisfied ? Or is it some kind of hoax?

I would say that this is a hoax. Unless you plan on downloading a satellite dish or you would enjoy watching tv broadcast from Kalamazoo
