You would need an emulator such as "bleem" and some roms. You could also use the actual PS1 discs. You may also be required to download a BIOS for the PS1. Do a search for PS1 emulator on your favorite search engine and you should be able to find what your looking for. Also, you should know that the legality of emulators and roms is pretty questionable. You may be breaking the law. Anything you do should be at your own risk.

Can you play PlayStation 1 or 2 on your PC ?
I would sure like to know the answer to that myself !
My PlayStation 2 has quit working and I have "MANY" games worth ??$$$???$$$
Maybe I will go try it right now and let you know.
