Yeah it been un partitioned, could run the set up again and partition from there. the onscreen instructions are good, you said you deleted them, did you give them back to the c drive or are you missing space? if your missing space the you can get the drives back from computer management, START/CONTROL PANEL/ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS/ COMPUTER MANAGEMENT/STORAGE/DISK MANAGEMENT/ right click on any space that has no drive letter, now that's a guess and it looks like running setup is what you need but worth a try, partition magic is a tool that lets you partition without running set up but Ive never used it so i dont know much in that area.

Go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Computer Management and click on Disk Management under the Storage Section.

Here you will be able to see al your drives installed on your system including the un-partitioned drives. You can partition them from here.

tell him to procure him some thing, yet he might want to attend until eventually Friday to get it. Then make it "after college is over" or "after the bell". stay at your locker until eventually he comes round. make confident you're on my own. do not tell your human beings what is going on!!!! at the same time as he starts to talk, close your locker, seem at him, and kiss him. Then walk off. each little thing might want to preserve itself from there.

You've unpartitioned your hard disk drive which is why you've only got a "C:" drive.
