6 weeks after you have the baby you can use a tampon....
so it is totally safe for you to do so now....
if you are still tender you could use a little lubricant....

I'm pretty sure that you are safe to do so now. However if you want to be sue, then you should check with your doctor's office, or midwife, or doula, or whatever medical professional it was that assisted you in the birth of your child. Congratulations on the baby.

yep - i was told 6 weeks too, although u need to use some common sense in these situations. i wouldn't have even considered trying it until it was 3 months after the birth. u should have no problems using them now, as long as u are happy enough about it all.

Pelvic rest (no sex, douching, or tampons) is recommended for 6 weeks after baby.

you can use tampons now. You only need six weeks after for healing time.

You are fine to use tampons once you have hae your post natal check with your doctor unless your doctor as advised you different.
