What is the wealthiest "town" is the US, when the status is determined by the value of residential properties? Or, based on the value of residentail properties, what town has the highest ranking in terms of millions of dollars per square mile.

Bases on the value of residential properties Aspen would be first but it is not very dense. If you want value per square mile almost any city would be greater. The densest in housing units per square mile is Manhattan, and the prices there are also high so that has to be the answer.
