how can i split my word documents on the task bar on the bottom of the window? it is possible?

i have tried it i can't fix it please help any answer is good

also i have already taken out the group similar items from the properties section in toolbars. it is unchecked. how can i fix my problem

If you are using windows xp, right click on the task bar, left click on properties. Take the check out of "Group Simular Taskbar Buttons" Click Apply.
