Zero percent, since every household has a debt of somekind.
You might want to rephrase it as 'what percent of us households that have 10 percent or lower of their income owed to debt?' or something llke that.

Lots of retirees do, or people whose kids are raised and out of the house. For younger people, I'd be surprised if there are many since they usually still have mortages, car payments, and kids at home.

Not very many. Even those who don't have "bad debt" (credit cards) still usually have "good debt" (mortgage and school loans)
However, debt isn't bad, especially nowadays when you have to have credit to get credit. Only debt that isn't handled responsibly is really "bad"

We owe nobody, nothing. Car paid for, rent and utilities are current, no medical bills, no court obligations, no child support owed, etc. I know how rare this is, but let me tell you it doesn't help the credit score. Having no credit cards or mortgage, etc. we do not exist.
