Are you hoping to be rescued? If you are deserted, having a mirror is one of the best ways of being spotted by airplanes. The reflections are easily seen by pilots -- more easily spotted than fires, flags, etc.

I would bring my wife! She and I have been married for the past 21 years and I don't have any intentions of ending that relationship. She is my very "bestest" friend.
I think my parents could take care of my two children and my two dogs.
I almost said that I would just bring my Bible, but I gave it a second thought and decided against it. I have already read it and it led me to accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. The Holy Spirit is in me and He has given me peace, love, joy, patience, kindness, and a few other things that I won't mention here. I have God and no one can take Him away from me. Anyway, the Bible would not be able to withstand the elements.
