that page will give you step by step instructions on adding music onto his psp. the guy's instructions above me are missing some key points. the link provided will tell you everything you need to know.

Connect it to the Computer using a USB cable (mini type b on one end to go into the PSP)then just use my computer and drag and drop the song you want from my music to the PSP's music folder (my computer recognizes PSP as a removable disc go into that and you should find the music folder) also you will need the songs in certain formats mp3 is best but if you have the latest firmware wma is also supported
You can also put photos on the PSP using my compter just put them in the Photo folder instead of music
If you want to put video on the PSP its a bit trickier
search for PSP video 9 on google
when you find it download the PSP video 9 software
once installed it uses 2 steps converting the file to a format the PSP can read and copying it to the PSP

if you want to do that, i suggest google video because you can switch the download program from windows/mac to ipod/psp. then click download. but it's a little harder to get it on the psp/ ipod. that's all i know.
