how do i transfer a pic. from my katana phone to my pc using a bluethooth dongle?

i have installed all that came with the dongle , and still can not seem to figure out how to send a picture from my phone to my pc. phone shows opt. to send contacts and or buisness cards , but can not figure out how to send a picture. i am also using a cable modum not a dial up , would this make a differance?
