I remember 3 years ago, they were charging the Aol service for 24.95/ per month. I can see now how they are losing to dsl company. Ever though, AOL decrease the billing to 9.95/per month. Who would want a 56k ! When they can add 4 more dollars to have high speed internet

cause AOL sucks. they charge way to much for what they charge for dial up I get my DSL for more than $10 cheapier per month.. they think they are so good, they beg for customers, if you do a free 1 month trial and try to cancel they offer you more time?? AOL needs to not charge $23 a month for dial up? Id hate to see high speed rates. it needs to be more like $9.99 a month only reason they are still getting customers are cause alot of people in the sticks cant get DSL or cable so they get dial up.

Besides it is the most ubiquitous 'virus' on the planet. I would NEVER use AOL's products.

Because they're not responsive to the customer. The same reason any company falls.
