An actual release date has not been announced. 7/07/07 an 7/13/07 is a rumor. Scholastic who publishes the books in the US does not have an official release date, and neither does the UK publisher Bloomsbury.

I can not wait for these two events!!! I'm super excited... (and this is coming from an 18 year old, lol). I love the movies, and the new book is going to be so good.

I know they are popular, but I have yet to discover "Harry Potter". But I am happy for the fans. Producers of the "Harry Potter" books and films have sure done you right.

I can wait. Harry Potter isn't life you know. Besides, they're not the best books ever. Artemis Fowl is way better, and more believable.

I adore the books, but the movies seem to leave an awful lot out. they're all very well made ... except the third one which hardly had anything from the book in it at all ... but i have my aperhensions about seeing it just because this is my favorite book yet.

i luv harry potter but sumhow i like the books way better.more detailed of course and more interesting.the last movie was a bit disappointing tho. however the books hasnt let me down as yet.i hope the movie wud be more exciting den e previous movie..

not me , personally Im sick of the franchise its been getting worse and worse since chamber of secrets and since this is the worst book its probably going to be the worst film also as this book is about 1000+ pages its either going to be a very long film or miss out large chunks of the story
but the book had one redeeming feature the battle between Proffessor Dumbledore and Lord Voldermort maybe that will be a redeeming feature of the film as well I'd also like to see how they show the torture spell the book describes it as 1000 knives piercing you all at once I'd like to see Daniel Radcliffe try and act that one out

I can't wait either! I really want the school year to fly by and then get to go to theatres and watch him! I love him! All of my friends think I am a dork or a geek for liking the books and the movies but IDK maybe I am? But I am really excited!!
