I don't think the judge would grant Kevin Federline custody of their two children, at this point. True enough, Britney has made a few mistakes when it comes to her first born, especially when she was caught driving her baby around, on her lap, that was just plain stupidity. The incident with her baby falling out of his high chair and the baby car seat incident, don't help matters and now she's got picture's of herself all over the internet, with no pantie's on. Kevin Federline is no angel, but he's definitely cleaned up his image as a bad guy and he's being smart by keeping a low profile and keeping his mouth shut about Britney, basically Kevin is assuming she's going to hang herself, which she may, if she doesn't clean up her act. My theory is, at this point, they'll both get joint custody and they will both be put under a microscope, leaving no room, for senseless errors, family services, will definitely be on the prowl.

Well, they both don't seem to be all that great as parents. He left his other family for Britney. And Britney has been going out alot and partying, instead of spending time with her kids.
