If they click on a question asking Does Rocky Die at the end of the new Rocky Balboa movie, then they want to hear the answer, or deserve to have the movie spoiled. :)

He was originally supposed to die at the end of Rocky V, but the producers thought it was a bad idea, so it was probably never even considered for the new movie either.
In short, no, he doesn't die.

no he doesnt but its a kick *** movie.... actually i never saw it i just got "no" from the guy at the ver top up there ^ HEY GUY AT THE TOP!!!
