Y does my DVD movies work but my CDs music dont work.?

it goes in the same tray. this is crazy, can someone help me. Also I had the Sony Vaio for 2yrs. never had a problem.could I have gotten a Virus from LIMEWIRE. Thats when it happened

A friend of mine had a similar problem. Double check that all the music from Limewire is downloaded as an mp3. Also, try loading the files into iTunes or Windows Media Player, then burn them to a CD from there.
