The "Mean Joe Green" Coca-Cola commercial.
The Coors Light ones with the football coach in interviews and spliced Q & A's are pretty funny.
Also high on my list is the Budweiser commerical with the little donkey trying out for the pulling team, especially when he's show with hair extensions on his legs.

Mine would be John Smiths Bitter.
The one with the Jack Russell doing the tricks by the bar for its owner, in order to get some.
Recently it would be the micro bangers ad with the dog going nuts for the sausages. Ending with his little dinky paws trying to grab at the sausages.
