It is possible to bump the NaOCl (sodium hypochlorite) content to about 40%. But bleach for household use is only 5%. Also, you should be careful to leave enough caustic lye (sodium hydroxide, NaOH) in the solution to give a high pH. This is because at lower pH, even alkaline ones, NaOCl can decompose.
