Well, why are you scared? You didn't give enough details to really answer this-hope you know that...but, if you are afraid that your room might be possessed somehow go and get you some holy water thats been blessed and spread it around your room: around your windows, your doors, your floor, and if you wish, around the outside of your house. If your fear is not about demons, then it might be about a lingering spirit? Talk to it. Help it cross over by letting it know that it's time, but that you mean it no harm. If you simply have a fear of darkness, then sleep with the doors open and the lights on until you feel comfortable being in there...sometimes a really big stuffed animal helps!!! Good luck, but remember, it's nothing to be embarrassed about...

Monsters under the bed? Too big of a mess to cleanup? Whatever it is, you can handle it. Sometimes it helps to start with the happy ending, and work backwards. OK, let's pretend that you room is too cluttered to even see the floor. The happy ending is that it is all neat and welcomes you. So start with one thing. Go in, and pick up only the red items. Ignore everything else. Now deal with those items. Wash 'em, put 'em away, or THROW THEM OUT! Whatever is the appropriate response -you know what to do. Give yourself a small reward each time you finish a part of the task, and promise yourself a BIG reward when it is all done. Go for it! You can do it!

why can't you go in your room? If it was from some scary movie just know that in the movies, that stuff ain't real like Freddy vs. Jason, I know both are just made up fictional characters and they can't harm me. But if it is a peeping tom, i would be scared too. There is 6th graders that have people peeping on them in my town. Just call the Police or stay with a friend for awhile. I am sorry if I couldn't help you.
