HOW CAN YOU USE POUNDS IN INDIA WHAT CAN YOU GOT TO THE MARKET A BUY FOR A POUND THAT IS RS85/-YOU WILL NOT BE NEEDING 85 RS TO BUY 1 KG TOMATOES.
SO GET YOUR LOAN FROM STATE BANK OR HDFC OR ICICI.OR BANK OF BARODA.
DON'T THINK YOU CAN AFFORD TO PAY BACK FOREIGHN RATES.

You will need to establish some kind of existence in the country whose currency you wish to use for your loan. Then go to a bank in that country and request a loan.
Why would you want a foreign currency loan, anyway? You can't use it for anything if it is foreign currency.
