The rough suspension of a 2001 Vette is quite uncomfortable when cruising. How this may be improved? Please help!

don't mess around with a Z06, if you don't like the way it rides trade it in for something else, didn't the dealer tell you how bad a performance car rides before you bought it?

Your best bet would be to go with some form of adjustable suspension system. Someone mentioned Koni, there is also Eibach. The problem is that you have such a high performance vehicle that it's unlikely that anyone would manufacture (or request) softer suspension. Anyways, adjustable shocks let you change the dampening, firmness levels manually by making an adjustment on the strut/shock itself.

I own a shop, and do a lot of racing. The best way to satisfy your mind is; just go drive a Z-06 and stand on it!!! This will give you the answer you are looking for. People on here will argue for days about which car is faster, and the only way to settle this is to run them. Ok, my money will be on the Vette, but who is to say I'm right? If you are rich (as you lead us to believe) then taking a Z-06 for a test drive should be no problem for you. After you drive the Vette, you are going to know the answer, and probably buy the thing lol. Glad to help out, Good luck!!!

You have a high performance jet not a puffy cloud. It has a suspension system tuned for performance, tight cornering and speed.

Trade it in for a regular vette or a pillow.

Take a test drive before purchasing.

Wow, that's probably the first complaint about a 'vette that I've heard. There are hundreds of shock companies out there. I would replace the shocks and struts and go with a reputable company such as Koni or A-1.
