I don't think it matters. I mean, I'm pretty sure Catholics and hardcore Christians want a virgin, just because it's part of their religion. But for the most part, I don't think men go out in search of a virgin. It might be an added bonus if the girl is a virgin. I assume that guys like to be a girl's first.

A person's personality and compatibility with you is more important than whether they are virgin or not.
If someone says I love you but won't marry you cos you are not a virgin sounds rather shallow don't you think?
In this day and age, everyone can choose to lose their virginity whenever they want. We are educated enough to make decisions for ourselves and face whatever consequences. You might choose to lose your virginity to someone you have been in love with and been with for say 5 years and then break up. Then you end up falling in love with someone else.. Should that person say no you are not worthy of being married because you are not a virgin?

I'm in college, and believe me I am all for "true love waits" (for marriage....) but being in college- my girl roommates over the terms have told me alottt about the guys they sleep with. They ALL said that the guys responded better when they were experienced, but...who knows. if you are in a more mature, and "real relationship" I doubt if it actually matters. The love you two share would make love-making wonderful.

Nowadays, it's usually pretty hard to get married to a virgin. As long as they are committed to you, it shouldn't matter what they've done in their past.
I wasn't a virgin when I got married, but I did lose my virginity to him.
I always wanted to wait until marriage, but I decided that he was the one I was going to marry, so I allowed it.
He tells me that it was the best gift I could've ever given him, and that he wishes he was able to give the same gift. I'm the first person he's ever said "I love you" to, so I consider that a fair trade.

nowadays,it's common to know that virginity is very difficult to get n maintain.in sports like horse-riding,football,basketball,long/high jump n running w'd damage her hymen easily.so it's unfair to say men only want virgins 4 marriage.if u r really a good girl n good behaviour n discipline,don't worry u can't marry off one day!

in this littel lines i'm saying what i thinking about, i think the hymen is a gift from the girl"wife" to her huspen so she can't give it to anyone, what every he is, boy friend, lover, ...etc. and also, the man must recpect this gift and safe his own boady to her, mean wait to have sex with his wife, i'm singel and virigian male, yeh i'm belive it will be a perfect when see my first woman naked and touch her is my "WIFE" not any boady else, sure bothe enjoying that as every one doing that for the first time:), but that's not mean that's only virigan is only can maried, but sure there is divorced and widowers. but what i want to say married who safe her/his boady for her/his huspen and wife.

Are you kidding?There is no comparison.Virgins are the best,but its like looking for a needle in a haystack.Not only do they come to you clean and pure,in spirit and body,but they will always have a claim on you,subconsciously.

it depends on who you ask. personally, i would prefer a wife with enough respect for herself to save herself for marriage. the next man may want someone with sexual experience.
