Chaos Emperor Dragon is a Forbidden card, so just use it for unofficial play, that is, if your opponent dosen't mind. For a tournament, it wouldn't hurt to add a Victory Dragon, which appears in Shonen Jump magazine. In conclusion:
Unofficial play- CED-EoD(Chaos Emperor Dragon-Envoy Of The End) is fine.
Tournaments-Victory Dragon is the way to go.

No. Mainly because most Dragons are Wind-type monsters and you need Light and Dark monsters to bring CED out. Also, its banned. CED belongs in a deck with Black Luster Soldier-Envoy of The Beginning. Chaos monsters need a specialized deck for their full potential to come out. :o)

howdy, regrettably, to break your bubble Konami and who ever owns Yu-Gi-Oh! as properly them basically considers approximately 7-12 playing cards as honestly misprints. that would not contain C.E.D. So regrettably, your card is properly worth below what ever the traditional fee is. on the factor to no longer something or no longer something.
