does dark blue match with black?

i only have a clean pair of black slacks and a dark blue button up shirt. the shirt has tiny vertical white lines. does this match?

Yes that will work, however remember to make sure you have on black shoes and dark if not black socks. You will look fine.

well.they say anything matches with black, but in fact it doesnt.
black and blue are both dark colours, so if you wear them together the result would be very dull.

in case you do wanna combine them though, try to enchance it with some accesories, big ones or pearls if you go for smart look.
or a nice bright coloured scarf around your neck!

make up and hair as well if you want that extra touch.

no its really ugly b.c it looks lk yewr trying to wear blk and off blk. it looks really taky. unless its a lighter vesion of a drk blue then its ok i gess.
