They are. I got a few that sleep in my closet next to my time machine. They used to sleep under my bed, but the dragon that lives under there gives off too much heat. (I like him though, because he eats the monsters and he keeps my bed warm.) ^^

Job 39 (verses 9-12), Psalm 92:10 , Job 39:9-10, Isaiah 34:7,Most, if not all, of the new versions think that “the unicorn” is a mistranslation and should be translated as “the wild ox.” I checked 4 of them: the NIV, the NKJV, the NRSV, and the Living Bible. Four for four. There are some problems with making the unicorn a wild ox. The wild ox unicorn of the bible.

Well...they certainly were.....at least up until about 10,000 years ago..

There was a sort of wooly Rhinocerous, -- a close relative of a horse, that lived in eastern europe, which had a single 6-ft horn.

This beast was known to early man, as well as the neanderthal, as they inhabited Europe.

If it's extinction date isn't accurate, and it lived for some time longer, in certain places, it's very possible that sometime, after people began writing things down, they encountered unicorns.

We have made them look a little more attractive, but for the most part, we have the general idea right.

So, the myth that Noah left them behind when he built the Ark is not so far-fetched after all, from a certain perspective.

Namaste, and Happy Holidays...

If you read in the Old Testament of the Bible, in Isaiah 34:7, they mention unicorns.

Earthly, non-Firebreathing Dragons are genuine. contained in the islands of Sulawesi and Maluku in Indonesia, you will discover the dragon noted as Komodo Dragon. Unicorns are unreal. in spite of the indisputable fact that, the only unicorn notion i understand are from the Narwhal of the Artic.

I believe they were abundant at one time but as stated, most were left behind at the time of the ark.
There might be some left, but they are smart enough to stay hidden from man who would just kill them for their coats and horns.
