all guess work , could be your timeing plugs even if they new ,damp.or wet plugs flooded. even ,
most machines ,either wont start or wont fire , you need to work out, if it is your coil or plugs,or your fuel lines clogged up ,a other train of thought ,is your choke is ,giveing it to much gas, you need to drain your gas, and place a little amount of gas in your carbs to see if this is the problem , because it could be the fuel pump, ,on the www look under you make and model of bike ,they have clubs that deal just with you make of bike

All of the above. It's also possible you flooded the engine. Let it sit for a while. Try it again. Also, take the spark plugs out and clean them with gas. Doing those two usually do the trick for me.

To run an engine you need gas, air, compression and spark. Is the intake clogged at all? Leaky gaskets? Did it work before? Will it turn over? The timing could be off. It could be any number of things without a better description.

Change the plug to one you know works on another similar bike as plugs can sometimes fail under compression.

If it has a battery (street legal dirt bikes do) it needs to be charged also. Mine refuses to start if the battery is dead.
