Remember there is a difference between "legalized" and "decriminalized." Legalized means you can buy and sell it - open a hash bar, etc. . . . Even if licenses are required and strict rules (like alcohol), legalized means it can be a part of commerce. Decriminalized means you still cannot buy and sell it, open hash bars etc. . . . It only means that "possession" is not a crime. One country I have heard of that has "decriminalized" is Canada. And, i hate to say it, but everyday Canada is seeming like a better and better place to live.

It's been decrimilized in13states here in the U.S. Most of the others were it's still illegal it's only a ticket. Unfortuntley where I'm at (FL) there still waaaaaaay backwards about it and they actually take people to jail over it.

Government officials gain power by filling jails and prisons. That's why weed is still illegal here in the U.S.

I think Canada but I am sure Amsterdam has marijuana legalized.

Canada is one of the most forwad thinking countries when it comes to this subject. It is legal there. They have special shops that sell it.
