Basil temp- take your temp every morning at the same time, before getting out of bed. When your tep goes up- even one degree- you are beginning to ovulate. I used this method and it worked. This should be around day 14 of your cycle, but can vary.

yes of course you can use it to see if you ovulate or not. you can confirm your ovulation when you have three elevated temps in a row after a day with a lower temp. You must take your temp every morning the same hour before you get up from bed before you do anything else before you eat or drink or move. the ovulation day is the one with the low temp.
