View toolbars, address bar. Make sure that the toolbars are unlocked. It could be compressed next to another toolbar, so look carefully.

right click over one of the toolbars that is already there and make sure that the address bar is highlighted. either that, or just check that it hasn't moved out of view, if this has happened, there are likely to be little arrows which you can click on and drag the bar back into view

right click where you would normally have the address bar and it should have some stuff and say address bar click on address bar and it should be back

Open drop down from tools on your Internet header, open toolbars and tick whatever toolbar you want.
