Not unless you wanta major ticket. Insurance would NOT cover her or you if something happened. My fiance and I won't even let his 14 year old twins drive our car until they have their permits! The same with his 15 year old! Plus, it is totally different driving a real car compared to a video game car. There is way more responsibility to driving a real car, way more to learn and remember, etc. An 11 year old is NOT ready for that kind of responsibility, no matter how mature or how good they are at driving a video game car.

sure go for it let her drive your car if she can reach the peddles why not i was driving at that age and i am still here so go for it .
the cops wont like it but as long as you stick to the dirt roads it should be fine . i would say that you should ride along most of the time at least if she is going to on the road and not in a field or if she is taking her friends with her.

You're an irresponsible parent for even considering and asking this question.

A 11 year old, no matter how good she is a video games, has a good probability of NO Concepts of traffic, danger zones, parking, blindspots etc...

That's an minor, unlicensed and uninsured!

But hey, sure go ahead...why not...risk an accident then see what the police says. :)

definitely NOT OK. she is under aged you can get arrested plus you are putting her life in danger. finally video games are video games they're not the real thing so she might be able to drive smooth on video games but in real life if you put her behind the wheel (which you SHOULD NT) she would still be inexperienced

Do you realize that if she has a wreck you will be in very serious trouble? If she kills someone you will probably go to jail for letting a minor drive.

No way! just because she is good on driving video games desn't mean that she drives good in reality, unless of course u want to pay major bills. I say that you should not let her drive.

It is okay if she is sitting on your lap. If you are not even in the car or in the other seat then heck no! I think you have to be at least 13. But, it depends on where you are drivinng.
