the film is blocking the full amount of light to see driving. I've tryed window claener and fantastik and still no luck please help..

Go to an auto parts store and puchase a kit they make specifically for faded and hazed head lights. This is the key to restore your headlights back to being clear. It's not that expensive or hard to do.

Try using a hair dryer to melt the wax

Most auto parts stores carry a grease and wax remover. with a soft cloth this will take it off.

Go to a professional car wash and ask them what to use.

Or, use nylon net scrubby and dish soap.
