I need to like parliament Funkadelic or Bootsy Collins for a 70's costume party but i have kind of a low budget. I already have a colored wig, but i really need something to wear. can i get some help. thanks.

Get some sequins and glue on seams of pants and nice dress shirt, white osterich feathers on headband are cool big shades with glitter glued around the lenses,and of course the "james brown" cape except use white fur around neck. A nice baton or staff, whalaa.

A flashy cape with glitter and stars would be good and of course some high boots. Tight stretch pants and a ruffled shirt.
If you can find a big long cane that is good too.
I love the idea of that party.
