If I knew someone that had a special wish I would do what ever I could to make their wish come true.
I would do this because you never know how their life can change from one day to the next, so if I know some one and they want something really special I try to make it a point to help get it for them.

If its in my power then i would, my reason would be if that person is a friend of mine or may just an act of kindness especially around this time, to put a smile on someone's face really makes me happy.
