The world has gotten to be a dangerous place, there are a lot of sick people and they usually lurk about where women most likely would be alone.
If you were in a area you have never been before, you would feel safer if the woman your with comes with you to the bathroom so the sickos won't think you're alone and do something bad to you.

So a lot of women go to the bathroom together in a public place FOR SAFELY REASONS.

I think women go to the bathroom together because they need to calibrate the mirrors (which takes at least two people) and one has to clean up everything around the sinks and puts in fresh flowers or decorations while the other one uses the restroom...

and... they have to check each other out before leaving so that one of them does not come out with a long string of toilet paper trailing along behind... or their skirt is not tucked into their underwear in the back ... or some other disastrously humiliating thing.

We go to the loo in group because.. while we want to pee.. we also need companion .. Together.. one gal will hold the handbags.. while one gal doing her thang.. and same time they chit-chatting , gossipping about the people around them.. or curious to ask bout' what the friends think about the date they brought.. u know girls always ask for approval update from each other about everything.. then we touch-up make-ups.. ask if the fren bring lipgloss or anything.. then ask opinion again how does she looks? oohh is this dress making me fat.. can u see my tummy... i have put on weight.. ?? and again.. do u really think i look fine?? nothing else?? all good??.. ok let's go...

also.. toilet is the place they plan what should they do or say to the guys... u know.. toilet is the hub for quick brainstorming heheh.. strategy to attack the guys... :) well etc etc.. it wont end if i tell u. u NEver know how many things women can do n plan just in this place call toilet. Fully utilise the facilities. We don't like to waste opportunity.

They watch the purse or belongings for the one that is using the potty. And they can tell each other things that can't be mentioned in public. They give each other support. sometimes one can be sick and need help. Or there could be a trouble maker in the bathroom .that would not let a woman potty if she is alone. It is not because they are gay so get your mind out of the gutter and think positive.

well i notice my friends come with me too but not inside the bathroom where i do my private buisiness well we just don't want to be alone....i never really thought about that though...thanx 4 the thought
