Strictly speaking- your best matches are Virgo and Taurus.
You are supposed to do well with Pisces and Cancer.
With Scorpios, you will have a great pull that may go either way- bliss or disaster.
But atrological theory is based on other things- your moon sign, your ascendant, your venus and mars positions. Which is why many Taureans find themselves happily involved with Leos (their worst match) because their ascendant, moon, mars and venus are in fire signs.
All said and done, go to www.astroadvice.com or www.astro.com and find out your entire natal chart. If key planets (moon, mars, venus, ascendant) are in water, and earth signs- you will find that the earth and water signs are best for you. Else, it might get a little more complicated and based on individual information.

Water signs or other earth signs are your best bet. Scorpio, Cancer, Pisces, Capricorn, Virgo, or other Taurus.

Who ever you like... I read somewhere that Aquarius makes a terrible pair with a Taurus, but my boyfriend and I seem to beat that opinion. :) Anybody who makes you feel good is your ideal match!
