Many people just like to spend, shop, some thought does go into many of the gifts. Even when I had the money, I put more thought into something really nice, that the receiver would enjoy and use. Not worth spending tons of money, many people just want stuff and just let it sit. Hope I made some sort of sense.

In lieu of gifts this year, I am taking my son and a friend to a indoor waterpark hotel. I will end up spending about the same, but instead of toys that will break or be abandoned in a week, we will have memories and photos of a great time.
