It's NOT a joke by the way!!! My girlfriend is worried!! She thinks that one nipple has grown bigger recently.

If she is still developing perhaps nothing, they like the breasts are usually off in size to each other a bit. But if she has matured, mostly and it is noticeable she should see the dr. about it.
there can be infections and other condidtions indicated by this.

Any change in the size or shape of a nipple or breast that cannot be explained by pregnancy needs to be seen by a doctor. It is one of the symptoms of possible breast cancer. This is true for both men and women (except the pregnancy bit).
It may be nothing, but you won't be sure until it's checked out.

Boobs don't grow at the same time. When one nipple grows larger it usually means that the breast is about to grow. The other will catch up eventually. Tell her that her boobs are growing - I'm sure that will make the both of you very happy. :)

if she is still young it is nothing to worry about. both breasts dont grow at the same rate and most ppl have one bigger than the other. but if you are over 18 it is best to get medical advice for any changes in the breast as it can be a sign of breast cancer (you can get it at 18, a friend of mine did) medical advice will put your mind at ease as well

every body has one side of the body bigger than the other, don´t think it´s that odd for woman to have one nipple bigger than the other, but if she is worried and has pain ,she should see her doctor Merry Christmas to you both

Edit - sorry, mate. Ok serious answer: maybe she has a slight infection. But if she's still young, they could still be growing and that could happen. I don't know to be honest. They get darker if pregnant...
