Leaking valve seals. Over night the valve seals are letting oil seep by the valves causing a small amount of oil to puddle up in 1 or more of the cylinders. When you start up the car in the morning the smoke is caused by that little bit off oil burning off.
You should get them replaced at your convenience. It won't hurt your vehicle right now but don't let it go too long before getting them replaced.
Also no offense but Jaguars are an expensive piece of crap. They are a money pit!

probably bad valve seals, but as for not hurting a thing? Well....., this blue smoke is oil, this oil is going through the exhaust system(where it is NOT supposed to go), this oil will contribute to the early demise of a rather important item,or two, namely the O2 sensor, and the catalytic converter. Quite the possibility for calamity here, operational problems, as well as driveability problems, not to mention fouled spark plugs, causing misfire conditions. You should have this investigated ,at least, by a qualified technician

Methane produced by human gastrointestinal excretion will cause this blue gas to shoot out of your car.
Just open your windows or stop eating beans.

it's probably something that can't be fixed without spending a fortune, so you should send that awful Jaguar to me.
