Long hair is good for looking cool and keeping warm. Short hair is good for keeping cool and for not having it get in your eyes. Personally I could go either way on hair legnth.

it depends on the gender.
guys look ok with shaggy hair, but not all of them. and if u have really curly hair, get a haircut once in a while it looks gross when its long. and remember u need to wash it more if its long. personally, short hair is the best-looking. if u can put it up in a hairtie, it's too long.
on girls, it definetly depends on ur face shape, eyebrows, eye color, mouth shape, EVERYTHING. not everybody looks good w/ long straight hair, just like not everybody looks good w/ a mustache.
