We absolutely love Christmas. The kids come home for the holidays and it's so seldom that we have them home at the same time (college). We love the Christmas carols, the tree and decorations, the laughing behind closed doors when we show each other gifts we bought for others and all the merriment having our family together entails. Friends drop in and out through the holidays so we can all catch up on what's happening in each others lives. It's a once a year opportunity to tell all those that we love and miss just how much we do love and miss them all at the same time! And, of course, the food and festivities of Christmas day are wonderful. And, yes, we love Jesus' birthday (no matter what day he was born) December 25 is the day of celebration. Merry Christmas!!

Overall I enjoy Christmas. Some days it bums me out.

I love the part about Christmas where I spend time with my family, watching my kids open gifts, and eating a ton of Turkey. I like the day when the cell phones and television are turned off, and I get a full day uninterrupted with my family.

On a bad day, I can't help but be cynical watching miserable people get even crankier shopping crowded malls. Thinking about Wal-Mart's 4th quarter profits forcasts based on your "Christmas spirit" can be a little depressing. I don't think about those things very often...

I don't like the comercialism yet I'm in those crowded malls like everyone else looking for the perfect gift for my wife and kids...so I can't really complain too much...lol.

Take the good with the bad I suppose...

Wow...Nantan...what an answer!

there is a few ‘Laziness’ in touch i think… yet this is lots from the actual reason of… ‘yule’!! Christmas = “CHRIST—CELIBRATION”!! however arguably ‘no longer’ the day of Jesus delivery… (twenty 5th December) … this is the day, international huge: that Christians ‘have fun’ the delivery of their Lord & Saviour!! Take 'Christ' far flung from 'Christmas'... and your left with basically what devil needs... ‘yule’!! No Christ… basically occasion!! ‘Christmas’ lost its ‘actual’ meaning to the international many, many, moons in the past: and is now for many persons the two no longer something in any respect: a time to sense lost & on my own: bitter & envious: drained & pissed off: depressed/suicidal … for them to spend to lots and pass extra suitable into debt: consume too lots: or drink to lots, and so on, and so on, and so on!! Christ Jesus would not even get a 2nd theory!! 'CHRIST' ...Love ... Peace... excitement... & wish... want bringing decrease back into Christmas!! GOD BLESS ALL. Shalom!!

I like Christmas because of my family traditions, and just getting to see family that I haven't seen in a while.
