Likely Picard for a number of reasons...
- Fighting style, Kirk would throw his body at Picard who would deftly step aside
- Maturity - Kirk fights like a little kid in street fight and throw his phaser aside to use his hands. Picard would likely put his phaser on stun and walk away.
- Picard is bald and lives with it. Kirk has a rug and would be fixing it constantly during the fight.

By the way, do you know the similarity of the Starship ENterprise and a wad of toilet paper? They both revolve around Uranus and look for Klingons

Personally...I don't care. Captain Kirk is to be respected for his being the pioneer captain. Jean Luc Picard is to be respected for his strong while still very cool, smooth way of presenting himself as captain (Yes, people, I know it's just a show, leave us be here). I'd say each of them would have the intelligence not to even entice the thought of fighting one another. I'd rather see them on the deck of the ship, sharing one of those cool blue colored cocktails and be close enough by to hear the exchange of their minds...their conversation. They are both to be admired and respected (even if just a t.v. show)

i can't have faith those solutions. So oblivious to actuality. it somewhat is Lebron James each and each time and there is not any way around that. Malkin could never desire to flow up against Lebron and he's conscious it. Evgeni Malkin isn't a fighter. he's no longer in the sport to combat. He never became. he's from Russia. even with Russian recognition, Russian hockey gamers have not got the brawling subculture of hockey the way NA does. Lebron is super athletic at 6'8 250. Malkin basically isn't in that tier of length AND any combating skill. And anybody with a working thoughts is conscious that length can honestly remember whilst the smaller opponent has like no combating skill.

IF it ever came to that, Picard would win hands down. Kirk's a scrapper, but Picard fought the Borg, man! THE BORG, MAN!!

Kirk, hands down. To me Picard was more of a "Let's work this out" type of guy, and Kirk was a brawler.

It all depends on who's version of Startrek they engage in battle on. You know, it depends on who the real star of th show is at the time. Startrek, it would be Kirk. Startrek NG it would be Picard.

In the real world, it would more than likely be Patrick Stewart, he is in the best age and fitness state of the two.

oh Picard would because he has a brain - Kirk, unfortunately, is less pleased in that area.

Just my humble opinion
