I whant to make a wallpaper for my pc of hugh grant and johnny depp, but i dont no how to do it, Does any one have any idea (it would be much appeciated)

You can either draw it in paint (or any other drawing program) or google images of Hugh Grant and Johnny Depp. Then, if you made it, you can save it and then right click on your desktop, select properties, go to desktop, and then click browse and find the picture you made. If you want it off the internet, find the picture, right click on the picture and select save as. Then save it as a filename that you will remember and go to your desktop, right click, select properties, then desktop, then browse until you find the picture.

You can get pictures from each person and make a collage using programs like Paint or Adobe Photoshop. After you make it, just make that picture your wallpaper by going into the Display settings, Desktop, and browsing for the picture.

yes go to a website where u can find a picture 2 what u would like your background 2 b then click the picture with the right click on your mouse and select SET AS WALLPAPER

Well, create the wall paper using an image editor and set the image size to be 1024x768 or even larger - whatever your monitor will do.
Save it as a .BMP file. Choose that as your wallpaper.
While you're there, save one at 800x600 and 640x480.
Also, save versions of all sizes at as 24-bit, 16-bit and 8-bit color too.
