Go for it. Most people find their spouses at work, or at least hook up with coworkers. Where else are you gonna meet someone? A bar? At least you know the person has a job.

As much as I understand it, my advice is don't so it. Too many things could go wrong and you still have to work with her. Plus, women cannot shut up. She will probably tell the others about your business.

Don't 'do' it. a relationship with a co-worker, expecially one based on sex only (you haven't said that you like being with this person only that you want sex) can cause problems and you could end up loosing your job over this.
