how do you apply it?...its always so hard to put on because of my bottom eye lashes, top is simple!

i would use a pencil for the bottom cause liquid bottom is really hard to do nicely

I always do liquid on the top, then go over it with smudgy pencil, and put the pencil on the bottom. I've tried everything, and this is the best that I can find. Liquid on the bottom is something I think is impossible to do like flying, growing a money tree, etc. good luck!

Nooooo! Just use a good curved brush mascara to bring the dynamic out on the bottom eye lashes. That will leave it cute and flashy. If anything I would use a pencil but if not done properly you could risk it smudging.

Try dotting it between your lower lashes. Drawing a line is sometimes too tricky. If you don't use the pencil because it smudges, try dipping an old pencil (that you don't use) into the wand of your waterproof mascara and draw a line with it. It stays put until you remove it.

Just put it on like pencil but don't get it in your eye it burns like hell.

seems dangerous. I cant even put it on my top lid but that's ok because i don't like makeup =D{O=:

put it on it doesn't matter how sloppy then get a q-tip with soap and water and fix it. simple!
