A combination fo 3 things. 1st watch your diet. Limit carbs (especially refined) and increase protien and non-starchy veggies. 2. Core work (pilates works better than crunches 3. Cardio to burn fat!!!

do sit-ups every night. and if you don't usually do them you probably aren't used to them so start at like 10 situps and then the next night do 15 and the next night do 20 and so on and so on. Then, eventually, once you get to like 200, just do 200 every night. Eventually 200 will be easy so raise it up 10 every night! It will take time, so be patient and don't give up.

Get a exercise bike that is best for your belly fat.the Canada;s food guide will help you keep it off.You can get that from your local health nurse or doctor.(Canada;s food guide i mean.)1-hour of walking per day really helps it a long with the bike too.Half hour on bike a day.

and more situps

it doesn't do much
unless you do over 300 per day
working out on a treadmil
does your whole body good
and slims your whole body down
