I want to remake the Flowers in the Attic movie because it's not at all close to the book. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Probably not! Unless your parents have $$$$ and they know everyone in Hollywood. My bother moved to Hollywood to become a famous film director...hahaha that was 28 years ago and he is just barely got half his big toe in. He wrote and help produce the film PING google it His name is Albert Ruis. The movie was a small hit. Now they have a big Disney film that is almost like his. Anyhow I hope you do, but its not likely. You would be better off being a doctor make the $$$ then go into making films;o)

start in by becoming a pro at that movie know about its pacing, its script, the type of shots everything about it then go on to write a new script that includes what you are going to do list every little detail of costuming, lighting, blocking, editing etc until you watch your version from the script then have someone else read it and see if they also see your movie as it is written if not write on it again and again and again until it faithfully tells your version and can be "seen" by those who read that scrip if you can get it to that stage then start shooting it bit by bit pick your favorite scenes and get then down on video to show to someone then ask to be an apprentice for that person who thinks that you have a shot at being a pro, learn three new things every day and commit them to absolute memory and one day we will all be raving about your new film that just sweep Cannes and Sundance good luck and get busy you have a major task ahead of you

Go to film school. get much experience
Do Indy Films and make a name for yourself, it is a lot of hard work, but you can do it

just follow the golden brick road or go find a rainbow and the pot of gold. you can do it. why are they writing all those songs about rainbows? kermit and miss piggy did it and so can you. hooooray for hollywood!
