I don't like any ATi card, part of it is their drivers, part of it is the fact that some games just don't run on them than they would an older nvidia card, which is just sad. And yeah, it's a budget every day card that's not really meant for gaming.
If you want to do light to medium gaming then a Geforce 7600GS or 7600GT is more what you should be looking at, if not then you might be okay with the X1300. I would stay away from it but it really depends on what you are going to use it for.
Finding an AGP version of the 7600GS or 7600GT will be hard as most of them are PCIe only, it's not impossible but it's hard.

as a gamer...i don't
an x1300 is a budget "everyday" video card for surfing the web, watching movies, and playing solitare...some older games will play but i wouldn't try anything graphical.
