Well i like this guy a lot, and he is going to ask me out after christmas holidasy ( so ive heard) If he does, what should I say? the reson im asking is because my best friend likes him a lot also. She doesnt know that I like him. I dont think i'll say yes because I think that it will ruin my relationship with my best friend. Am I right?

if the two of you are friends then you need to tell her that you like him as well. before he does ask you out. tell her that although you like him her friendship means more to you then going out with him. then ask her to come to an agreement that neither of you go out with him, regardless of who he ask. if she is willing to do that and you believe that she will stick with it then that's what i would do. but if she is not willing to come to that agreement then i say go for it, cause she sure will. but if you do come to that understanding with her and he ask you out, please make sure you tell him the reason you are saying no. but wouldn't you just be so mad if after agreeing she turned around and said yes if he ask her out? if that does happen and i hope that it don't. i would lose her as a friend.and forget about him for asking you then asking her too.

That was the story of my life when I was a teen. ( now 23) It really depends on how much you like this boy... Now if your friend is just head over heals for this boy, then I'm sure it's not worth ruining such a good friendship. But often when 2 girls are best friends, they do tend to like the same boys alot. I would make a promise to your friend. If you both like the same boy, you must wait to see who the boy falls for. Then promise to back off after that, understanding that it takes two to have a relationship. But the promise must include no game playing, once the boy starts playing games and wanting to go back and forth between the both of you. Then cut him off. I know it's hard. But boys come and go, best friends are forever. I still have the same ones, as when I was very little. Good luck hun... ;)

It really depends. How long have you and your friends been friends? How long have you liked this guy? Would you rather have a boyfriend or a best friend?? These are some of the questions you should be asking yourself. And if you end up with the guy, you might break up. Who would you have then?? If you don't have this guy as a boyfriend or go out on a date with him or whatever, the world will not end. You will find another another guy that possibly you like more than him. stay friends. Don't let a guy break u away 4rm her because guys will take what they can 4rm u and keep going but in the end ur real true friend will be there 4 u. If u risk talking 2 him then, he could jack up something special. Think with your mind and not with your loins.

You can tell him how you feel and act like you usualy do and see if he likes one or the other of you but don't crowd him, he might like someone else. The most important thing is not to get mad at whoever he DOES pick. Friendships shouldn't end because of a guy.

In my opinion I think that you should tell your friend about your feelings and that you've heard that he is going to ask you out. If she seems hurt then you should tell him no. Don't let a guy come between you and your best friend.

Well I think that you two should leave him alone, because if you both like him, and if one of you two starts dating him, one of yall are going to get mad, & most likely you will lose a friendship. So, I'd say just talk to her and you two both agree on something.

1st of all she is so no longer a chum and the guy likes u.s. forget approximately approximately ur so referred to as chum cuz shes isn't ur chum kk.. and hear u no how RMC reported that he could of slept with ur chum will i think of she could of informed u and if he dumped her i do no longer think of she could get u to unlike him so u ought to like him.
