I wouldn't worry about it, unless it's really important to you. It's inconsiderate and irresponsible of your co-worker, but it's not a big deal. She may have forgotton, it is the holiday season and people tend to get stressed out trying to find presents for their loved ones, deal with the crowds, and make sure they have enough money for everything. Besides, it's usually some crappy gift you didn't really want anyways. I wouldn't tell her because I'm sure that if you all know who was supposed to give you a gift, then that person knows as well. Now if this co-worker is male then I wouldn't be suprised at all, they have a hard enough time finding presents for their wife, let alone a gift for a female co-worker. In short, don't worry about, it's not worth the effort!

Word it well, don't say "Where's my present!"
Ask someone if your name was not put in the drawing or If some one brings up Secret Santa say "Well, I must have been a bad little girl" and when they ask why, tell them cuz you didn't get a gift.

If the person can well offord it, don't let it go. That's not fair to you, that person is just being selfish. It's not even about the gift. It's the principle of it all.

Why do no longer you call your pal or deliver her a text textile asserting how excited you're for the secret Santa and which you particularly positioned a great type of theory into getting it to your giftee? and consistent with risk because of the fact it is not a great type of money, you're maximum excited to make certain what your secret Santa comes up with. After that, would take an extremely lame pal to no longer get off her in the back of and get you something considerate.

Leave it alone. You do not want to ruin a work relationship over a $20 gift. She might still get you one after the holidays but even if she doesn't, just let it go.

No I don't think so. She knows who she is and she knows what she did. I am sure she is embarrassed about it enough. There is probably a legitimate reason for what happened C'est la vie. Usually in situations like this employers always have an extra gift on hand to take care of this.

Thank God that I didn't get a crappy gift from someone who didn't want to get one for me anyway, like what happens EVERY YEAR for the Secret Santa thing.

No be above it. This is exactly why I don't let my people do secret santa at work. Some people are such jerks! They are so petty that they can't set aside their bullsh*t for 20 minutes on CHRISTMAS. I wouldn't do anything at work that might jeopardize your job - but I would definitely sleep with someone important to her, key her car and as soon as she schedules a vacation call the day before and cancel her hotel. lol. But I'm that way........

Forget about it - most offices have enough drama and politics to worry about without creating more. She knows she did a lousy thing and doesn't care, or she did just forget and feels badly enough at this point.
Those gifts are usually crappy anyway... mine this year was some lottery scratch tickets... woo-hoo!!

Of course not. Here's a thought, buy her a small thoughtful gift. It will serve 2 purposes. It will make her realize that she made an error and it will reinforce to you that Christmas is for giving, not receiving.

No just let it go. If you did it just to get a gift you did it for the wrong reasons. Besides what if she didn't have the money? I would just let it go and now you know her character....maybe she is just late?
Sorry.
Have a great Holiday!
